Not Yet A Member of Golden Spike Lodge № 6 F&AM of Utah?
Are you a member in good standing from another Lodge; and would like to Affiliate with Golden Spike Lodge № 6 F&AM of Utah?
Here’s how that is possible:
- A petition for affiliation must be filled out, submitted, and treated just as though it were a petition for the three degrees of Freemasonry.
- All information must be printed or typed legibly and accurately.
- Unless you desire to apply for plural membership, the petition must be accompanied by a dimit or a certificate of good standing from your Lodge membership(s); from a regularly constituted Lodge of Freemasons recognized by the Grand lodge of Utah.
- If you desire plural membership, the petition must still, be accompanied by a certificate of good standing from your Lodge membership(s); from a regularly constituted Lodge of Freemasons recognized by the Grand lodge of Utah.
- If you desire plural membership, you will, if elected, sign the By-laws of the Lodge and be considered a full voting member.
- All fees and supporting documentation must be submitted with the petition, prior to the Business Meeting.
